  • Oversee factory production schedules and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
  • Manage raw material index tracking (e.g., polysilicon, steel, copper) to optimize pricing mechanics and indexing clauses.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Finance, and Construction teams to align equipment specifications and cash flows.

  • Management Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience directly managing a team of procurement or supply chain professionals.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of strategic procurement experience within the utility-scale renewable energy or power generation sector.
  • Commodity Expertise: Proven track record specifically purchasing utility-scale Solar Modules and Main Power Transformers (MPTs) from the developer/owner or EPC side.
Technical & Commercial Skills
  • Expert-level understanding of complex commercial contracts, incoterms, international logistics, and trade regulations.
  • Deep knowledge of the global solar supply chain and high-voltage electrical equipment manufacturing landscapes.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to close multi-million dollar capital equipment deals.
  • Strong financial acumen to manage cash-flow curves, milestones, and price adjustment formulas.
