Job summary

AIR, based in Denver, seeks a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement across assigned categories. You will drive RFP processes, evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with company objectives to deliver value and efficiency.

Responsibilities include building vendor partnerships, defining scopes, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining compliant procurement records. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience or equivalent amount of work experience in procurement and/or vendor contract management.
• Proven ability to successfully manage all aspects of the company's procurement process for assigned products and services, including sourcing, RFP events, vendor negotiation, budgeting, contracts and contract execution.
• Able to work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure the organization's needs are met while managing procurement process procedures.

• Expected pay rate of $90,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
