Leoforce is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager in Fayetteville, AR, to lead supply chain activities for aerospace/defense projects. You will manage procurement of large BOMs and ensure strict FAR and D-FAR compliance across all activities.

You will forecast demand, optimize inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost reductions while maintaining delivery schedules and quality. Experience leading direct reports in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment is essential.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management in the Engineering industry.
Experience managing direct reports in supply chain and operations.
Aerospace/Defense industry experience.
Experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment with complex electronic components and large BOMs.
Proficient in production planning, warehouse management, cost reduction, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
Strong knowledge of FAR and D-FAR regulations.
Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.

Responsabilidades

Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency in production planning, warehouse management, inventory control, shipping and receiving.
Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with FAR and D-FAR regulations in all supply chain activities.
Forecast demand to ensure availability of products and resources and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve the supply chain.
Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to track supply chain performance and take corrective action as needed.
Establish strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for favorable terms.
Train and mentor supply chain staff to foster continuous improvement.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain/Procurement Manager to join our team in the Aerospace/Defense industry. The successful candidate will expertise in managing the procurement of large BOMs for highly complex electrical components. The role demands a robust understanding of warehouse management, cost reduction strategies, inventory control, and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (D-FAR). This individual will have the opportunity to influence and shape the supply chain strategy, making a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in production planning, warehouse management, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to maximize profitability without sacrificing product quality or delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with FAR and D-FAR regulations in all supply chain activities.
Forecast demand to ensure the availability of products and resources, taking proactive measures to avoid supply shortages or excess inventory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve the supply chain process.
Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance, taking corrective action as needed.

Experience working in a high-mix, low-volume environment with complex electronic components and large BOMs

Strong knowledge of FAR and D-FAR regulations.
Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
