Job summary

Thor seeks a Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead sourcing and category management for indirect spend from a hybrid site in downtown Denver. You will manage intake, requisition, and award processes, while driving adoption of preferred suppliers and best practices.

You will partner with Data & Analytics to uncover savings opportunities and negotiate supplier agreements balancing cost, quality, and speed. A strong background in ERP procurement tools is required.

• Strong background managing indirect spend categories and workflows.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Improve and streamline a high-volume procurement intake process.


• Experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain.


• Strong background managing indirect spend categories.


• Proven success enhancing intake and requisition workflows.


• Familiarity with ERP and procurement tools such as NetSuite, Coupa, or similar.


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.


• CPSM or equivalent certification preferred.
