Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Program Analyst to support Government Program Lab Managers with procurements and cost/schedule variance analysis for multiple programs and customers. The role requires attention to budgeting, reporting, and material tracking in fast-paced environments.

The candidate should have US Citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and be capable of obtaining an active Secret clearance. Schedule is M-F 8-5 at a Torch site.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with government procurements and cost analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and labs concurrently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support material requisitioning, tracking, and logistics across labs and contracts.
• Follow DoD/military procurement regulations and processes.
• Track funding, expenditures, and develop BOE for material and reviews.
• Assist with Government Property Receiving and DD250s.
• Coordinate quotes, purchases, and track orders to meet schedule requirements.
• Provide status updates to government and contractor leads.
