Job summary

Repsol Renewables North America (RRNA) is seeking a Manager/Sr Manager of Procurement - Indirects, Development, O&M to lead and oversee procurement support across operations, development and corporate services. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage tenders and contract negotiations, and ensure compliant execution through Ariba and SAP.

This role is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, reporting to the VP of Procurement North

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible procurement/sourcing experience, including indirect/development/O&M procurement.
• Experience supporting renewable energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure procurement preferred.
• Authorized to work for a U.S. employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement support across O&M, indirect, and development scopes, ensuring ownership and timely execution.
• Coach and direct procurement staff, including workload planning and stakeholder communication.
• Define needs, contracting plans, schedules, and execution paths with internal partners.
• Oversee competitive tenders, direct awards, and contract amendments to deliver best value.
• Manage vendor onboarding, evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Develop contracting strategies and ensure compliant, auditable procurement processes.
• Maintain procurement documentation, reporting, and post-award support.
• Ensure risk, insurance, certificates, and compliance requirements are met.
