Job summary

Repsol Renewables North America (RRNA) seeks a Manager/Senior Manager of Procurement - Indirects, Development, O&M to lead procurement across operations, indirect/corporate services, and development-related scopes in a dynamic team based in Houston.

You will develop sourcing strategies, oversee tenders and direct awards, mentor the procurement team, and align with VP Procurement North America to deliver best-value contracts while ensuring compliance with Ariba and SAP systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, contract management, or related experience, including services procurement
• Experience supporting O&M, development, indirect, or corporate services procurement
• Strong knowledge of SAP/Ariba tools and procurement processes
• Ability to lead a high-volume, deadline-driven procurement team

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement support across O&M, indirect, and development scopes with clear ownership and timely execution
• Coach and direct team members, including workload planning and performance expectations
• Define procurement needs with internal stakeholders and set contracting plans and schedules
• Manage tenders, direct awards, amendments, and approvals with compliant documentation
• Negotiate pricing, scope, service levels, and risk allocations to obtain best value
• Oversee procurement documentation, supplier onboarding, and contract workspace management
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to meet business requirements and ensure regulatory compliance
