Qualifications

• BS/BS level degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, Logistics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in procurement or commodity management.
• Experience in contract negotiations and supplier selection/management.
• Experience in purchasing technical commodities and best-practice deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage strategic suppliers.
• Lead component and supplier selection for new products.
• Establish business models, maintain contracts, and foster supplier relationships.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies.
• Develop and update commodity strategy.
• Inform management on strategy, trends, risks, and action plans.
• Update critical semiconductors and mechatronics commodity market conditions for sourcing strategy.
