Job summary

Hunt Refining Company is seeking a student in Business Admin or Supply Chain to assist the Purchasing team with certificates of insurance, licenses, and procurement documentation. You will help file, organize records, and support vendor follow-ups to meet timelines.

Applicants must be a full-time student, self-starter, with strong organization and communication skills, and proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time student with sophomore or higher classification in a four-year college or university.
• Program of study in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in requesting and reviewing renewal certificates of insurance in line with company standards and endorsements.
• Assist with renewal of general contractor licenses.
• Verify documentation in SharePoint and apply metadata for saved certificates and licenses.
• Monitor and respond to inbound communications regarding certificates and licensing documentation.
• Support filing of purchase orders, contracts, and procurement-related documents.
• Assist vendor follow-up to expedite material deliveries and track turnaround orders.
• Support Purchasing team across projects and streamline purchasing records.
