Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Procurement Intern to support sourcing initiatives, analyze spend data, and assist with RFP activities under the guidance of seasoned professionals. You will learn supplier management, coordinate meetings, and gain hands-on experience across Fleet, Production, Warehouse, and IT, building foundational procurement skills for a future career.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Rising seniors preferred.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships and navigate professional discussions.
• Interest in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or business operations.
• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred exposure to data analysis, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain concepts through coursework or previous experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze spend data to identify trends and savings opportunities.
• Support sourcing projects and Request for Proposal (RFP) activities.
• Coordinate meetings, supplier communications, and proposal reviews.
• Partner with Fleet, Production, Warehouse, and IT to understand business needs.
• Assist with supplier and stakeholder management activities.
• Learn procurement policies, sourcing processes, and contract-related considerations.
• Shadow procurement team members and participate in cross-functional training.
• Support business reviews, supplier evaluations, and procurement documentation.
