Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Procurement Integration Lead to own and drive end‑to‑end procurement integration across all entities. The role reports to the Global Head of Procurement and leads a team of Category Managers, delivering cost savings and future ERP‑enabled process improvements.

The position requires 8+ years in procurement, strong cross‑functional leadership, and experience with SAP Ariba/S4HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement/category management experience, preferably with M&A or post‑merger integration.
• Experience leading end‑to‑end Procure to Pay or Source‑to‑Pay rollouts across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end roll‑out of the global Procure to Pay process and transition to ERP tools across all entities.
• Translate target operating model into entity‑specific implementation plans.
• Track and drive adoption issue resolution surfaced by entities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure scalable rollout.
• Support the roadmap toward ERP/Ariba environment and future state architecture.
• Develop and maintain a repeatable onboarding playbook for faster onboarding.
• Lead automation and AI/tool adoption discussions with Global teams.
• Manage Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts and drive savings targets.
