Qualifications

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
• Support sourcing and evaluation of potential suppliers.
• Help maintain procurement records and databases.
• Learn and apply company procurement policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and gain experience in supplier communication and order tracking.
• Provide general administrative support to the procurement department.
