Job summary

Amgen is hiring an Associate Finance to support procurement and sourcing activities within SAP environments. You will create and manage purchase orders, facilitate supplier onboarding, and handle Ariba invoice processing in SAP ECC/S4HANA to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires a relevant degree with experience in procurement operations or project coordination, and a background in biotechnology or regulated manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with 4 years in procurement ops, vendor management, or project coordination.
• High school diploma with 6 years in procurement ops, vendor management, or project coordination.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• PO Creation & Management: Creating, issuing, and managing POs within SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Facilitating new vendor inclusion, resolving PO exceptions (specs, shipment issues), and updating payment terms per the scope of work.
• Ariba Invoice Processing: SAP data input from Invoices.
