Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Expeditor / Purchasing Clerk in Flower Mound, TX. The ideal candidate will support purchasing and procurement operations, communicate with suppliers, track orders, and maintain accurate records. Pay is $22-$23/hr.

Shift is Monday–Friday with an 8-hour day and a one-hour lunch, start times from 7:00 to 8:00 am. The role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication to manage multiple orders

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, expediting, or related administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data tracking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily purchasing and procurement activities.
• Monitor and analyze reports related to aftermarket parts and materials.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and delivery dates.
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone to obtain updated delivery information.
• Enter and maintain purchasing, order, and delivery information in the system.
• Track outstanding orders and identify potential delays.
• Maintain records and documentation of purchases and supplier communications.
• Assist purchasing with administrative duties and collaborate with internal teams.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely material receipt.
• Use Excel to organize, track, and analyze purchasing and inventory information.
