Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in field engineering, project engineering, construction management, or estimating on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Review bid packages to identify scope gaps and risks before release.
• Build and manage bidder pools and coordinate prequalification and RFI responses.
• Perform bid leveling, analyze bids vs. package, and document scope variances.
• Prepare award recommendations with commercial data and field insight.
• Support subcontract negotiations with cost context and construction perspective.
• Assemble and execute subcontract packages with scope, exhibits, insurance, and compliance requirements.
• Track post-execution deliverables and enforce commitments with subs.
• Support change management by documenting scope events and pricing.
• Maintain records of deviations, redlines, and resolutions.
• Assist with payment applications by comparing billed amounts to the schedule of values.
• Maintain WBS-based bid comparisons and cost documentation.
• Assist with change event cost assessments and distinguish legitimate scope additions.
