Job summary

You’ll define technical requirements, evaluate part compatibility, and coordinate with suppliers to meet engineering, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role requires on-site work in Richland, WA, with responsibilities spanning technical leadership, policy development, and adherence to regulatory guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university with seven years of engineering experience; OR a high school diploma/GED with PE license and eight years of engineering experience.
• Engineer Senior requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and three years of discipline-specific engineering experience; OR a PE license and five years of discipline-specific engineering experience.
• Engineer Staff requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least one year of engineering experience; OR a PE license and at least one year of engineering experience.
• Engineer requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a PE license with zero to three years of discipline engineering experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred (DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE).

Responsibilities

• Perform highly complex engineering analyses and designs in support of operations, systems, programs, audits, inspections and assessments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers on projects.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support emergency response and outage-related engineering activities.
