Job summary

SHINE Technologies LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Procurement Engineer to support technical-based procurement, vendor identification, and receipt inspection for the Diagnostics division and Chrysalis projects.

You will develop procurement strategies, prepare RFPs with engineering, lead supplier relationships, and ensure items meet specifications while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or other technical field.
• 5 years of experience in engineering or relevant field.
• Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 software.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Ability to develop strong vendor relationships.
• Ability to work accurately and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Engineering organization to identify safety functions and use case of items.
• Interface with Engineering to develop receipt inspection criteria for acceptance of items.
• Interface with Commercial Grade Dedication, and Construction organizations to understand procurement lead times impact on testing and installation dates.
• Provide input to project schedule for procurement activities.
• Support development of procurement strategies with Engineering and other Procurement staff, including development of RFPs.
• Perform receipt inspections for safety-related and non-safety-related items.
• Generate OSDD reports as required.
• Generate nonconformance reports as required.
