Qualifications

• Requires a BS in physical science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with electrical systems and basic electrical tools (DMM, oscilloscope, soldering).
• Hands-on experience with machine building, fabrication, and prototyping.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement experiments to advance SHINE's core technologies.
• Assemble, modify, and troubleshoot experimental apparatuses.
• Perform experiments, analyze data, and report results with clear documentation.
• Evaluate prototype components and support product engineers in turning designs into products.
• Troubleshoot existing products and prototypes and maintain the test area.
