Job summary

Cortland is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist in Atlanta to support day‑to‑day procurement activities, optimize Coupa workflows, and ensure compliant purchasing. You will work with accounts payable and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and drive cost savings.

The role emphasizes process improvement, supplier enablement, and training across the organization, leveraging data to enhance efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, supply chain operations, or related field.
• Experience with procurement or source-to-pay systems; Coupa is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices in Coupa for corporate and property-level purchasing.
• Troubleshoot ordering issues and supplier identification questions.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
• Assist in standardizing purchasing, consolidating suppliers, and using preferred agreements.
• Guide associates on procurement processes and Coupa usage; develop training materials.
• Support administration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
