Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, procurement, or related role.
• Strong customer service orientation with prompt, professional responses to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and transactional processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain processes clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and orders through lab procurement systems (PARIS/Coupa) per policies and SLAs.
• Provide customer service support by answering questions and resolving order issues.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and monitoring of electronic catalogs and punchout suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to confirm order details and delivery timelines.
• Review procurement documentation for completeness and data integrity.
• Monitor work queues, emails, and requests to meet deadlines; escalate when needed.
• Support reporting and data gathering on orders, spend, and supplier performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of eCommerce processes based on frontline feedback.
