Job summary

Randalls' Food and Drug, an Albertsons Company, is seeking a detail-minded procurement/logistics support professional to help manage stock and distributions. This role involves daily OOS reporting, rekeying mark outs, and uploading ad and product distributions to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year business-related degree or relevant experience, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and solid communication abilities to respond to customer inquiries and

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred in Business, Marketing or related field or relevant experience of marketing, accounting and financial management practices preferred.
• Customer Service and/or retail experience a plus
• Reading, writing, math and communication skills at a proficient level, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ability to follow verbal and/or written instruction.
• Working knowledge of procurement, logistics and inventory management practices a plus
• Ability to concentrate and deal with frequent interruptions

Responsibilities

• Monitoring Deliveries and following up on any discrepancies.
• Entering forecast information.

Main Responsibilities

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

Physical Environment

• Some work to be performed in a temperature-controlled environment (office).
• Bending, stooping and pivoting required periodically.
• Spends long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
• Incumbent may use computers, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday.
• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.
• Workday is fast paced.
