Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a purchasing/planning specialist in Saint Paul, Minnesota, to provide data and analytical support to our planning team. The role involves using SAP and Excel to create vendor forecasts and ensuring orders are confirmed to address supply gaps.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business and 1–2 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive pay range of $16.71–$21.71/hr USD and optional benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years planning or procurement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vendor forecasts using SAP and Excel.
• Compile and analyze data to identify and quantify potential supply gaps.
• Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on confirmations, changes, or delays.
• Support resolution of supply constraints by coordinating across procurement, planning, and supplier partners.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support invoice analysis and resolution.
