Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Planning Buyer to support procurement compliance and data analysis. The role emphasizes data management, reporting, and cost coordination across teams, with opportunities to work on software upgrades and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree in business or supply chain, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/inventory management. a base salary ranges widely with total rewards including comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business/Supply Chain Management (ideal).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) with ERP/inventory management and data-management/coding experience.
• ISO/IATF audit and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Internal data maintenance and regular reporting (e.g., weekly inventory/shortage, monthly RM Forecast, Cost Per Wafer).
• Cost owner for Procurement across all teams; track/analyze CoEn activity; prepare monthly analysis and Exec CoEn presentation.
• Coordinate SOP/certification processes across Procurement and support software/system upgrades.
• Project management for team-wide improvements and support internal/external audits and compliance.
