Job summary

Google's Procurement Organization is hiring to design and deliver self-service analytics for procurement stakeholders. The team develops dashboards and visualizations to enable data-driven decisions, communicates insights to executives, and drives implementation impact.

Within the GPO, the Digital Experience focus ensures consistent data architecture, processes, and tooling to improve efficiency, user experience, and value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 9 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
• 9 years of experience analyzing data sets using SQL or a comparable coding language (Python, R, Java, C++).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain self-service reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms tailored for procurement stakeholders.
• Oversee collecting, aggregating, and analyzing procurement-related data from various sources to create actionable insights and meaningful visualizations.
• Drive in-depth analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to procurement operations.
• Lead creation of interactive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using data visualization and reporting tools and software.
• Drive ongoing manual reporting activities by generating ad-hoc reports, and analyses as needed for specific operational requirements and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of manually prepared reports.
