Google Procurement Organization (GPO) seeks a seasoned leader for BizOps & Planning to unify the organization, transform strategic objectives into action, and drive AI-enabled process optimization across procurement functions.

Within the Google Procurement Organization, the Business Operations & Planning (BizOps & Planning) team serves as the operational backbone of GPO, unifying and empowering the organization by transforming strategic objectives into action. Our mission is to elevate the GPO through a foundation of standardized excellence, providing AI-driven process optimization, and standardized and bespoke operational tools to ensure optimal resource use and deliver actionable intelligence to every partner, every day.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
