Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a procurement and supply chainanalyst to execute high-volume Appian/DOL workflows and manage supplier pricing updates. You will ensure accurate, documented, and timely transactions while driving quality control, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in procurement or data-driven roles, with preference for MedTech or regulated manufacturing environments. ERP workflow experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with workflow or ERP systems.
• Appian or similar workflow platform experience preferred.
• MedTech, Orthopaedics, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Skills in data analysis, workflow management, pricing administration, claims support, Excess & Obsolescence processing, and master data management.
• Cross-functional collaboration and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume Appian/DOL workflows for project orders, new product addendums, and supplier pricing updates.
• Ensure transactions are accurate, fully documented, traceable, and completed on time.
• Identify inconsistencies as the first line of quality control.
• Consolidate supplier inputs and support pricing validation, financial validations, and negotiation preparation.
• Track pricing questions and supplier responses and prepare price comparisons and variance analyses.
• Prepare analytics for Material Purchase Agreements, inventory exposure, coverage, and cross-supplier alignment.
• Reconcile material-level and BOM-level datasets for claims and Excess & Obsolescence preparation.
• Maintain supporting documentation, including quotes, purchase orders, and Certificates of Destruction.
• Track cost improvement and value realization pipelines and support Executive Business Reviews and supplier dashboards.
• Develop reporting on cost trends and align reported savings with financial validation inputs.
• Support DOL/Appian enhancements, requirements definition, User Acceptance Testing, workflow compliance, and process improvement.
