Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
Experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or data‑driven roles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with workflow or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Workflow Execution & Data Integrity: Own execution of high-volume, system-driven workflows through Appian / DOL, including: POs, NPAs, price updates.
Pricing Governance & Financial Analysis: Support pricing validation and governance, consolidate supplier inputs, ensure data consistency.
Demand, Inventory & Supply Flow Analytics: Prepare data for decisions on MPAs and inventory exposure.
Claims & Excess & Obsolescence: Reconcile material datasets and maintain documentation in DOL.
Value Tracking & Performance Analytics: Track savings and prepare EBRs and dashboards.
System, Process & Continuous Improvement: Support DOL/Appian enhancements and ensure compliance.
