Job summary

ProcureAbility is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst/Senior Analyst to drive data-driven insights and deliver advanced BI solutions for internal and client initiatives.

You'll design data flows, build dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and impactful analytics. A STEM or analytics background is valued for this client-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, analytics, or STEM.
• 3+ years of data-driven decision making experience.
• 2+ years BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Data cleansing and standardization across multiple data sources.
• Ability to work independently with client teams.
• Attention to detail in requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Understand objectives with clients and secure necessary data.
• Design and document data extraction, preparation, and ingestion.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and BI solutions.
• Identify and resolve data challenges with stakeholders.
• Conduct design reviews and QA for information delivery applications.
• Develop validation processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify automation, optimization, and growth opportunities.
• Support product roadmap activities as assigned.
