Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Procurement Counsel to support the high volume of vendor and supplier agreements across hardware, software, networking components, and services. You will partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance to negotiate agreements and build scalable templates that enable fast contracting at scale.

You will handle a broad portfolio of matters independently, escalate when needed, and help implement templates and playbooks for efficient, compliant contracting.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school and active bar membership.
• 5–8 years of legal experience focused on commercial and procurement contracts.
• Hands-on experience negotiating software, hardware, licensing and technology services agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements (hardware, software, SaaS, services, NDAs).
• Support strategic high-value supply agreements for compute, networking and storage; own defined workstreams.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, SLAs, data protection and IP provisions.
