Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing for new club openings, facilities maintenance, and parts procurement. You will create and track purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and assist with invoice reconciliation in a fast-paced multi-location gym environment at the CO Office.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in procurement or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to partner with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, facilities coordination, operations, accounts payable, or a related field preferred.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and working with suppliers strongly preferred.
• Experience with invoice reconciliation, three-way matching, receiving, or AP issue resolution preferred.
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms and vendor systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and general technology skills.
• Experience supporting a multi-location, retail, hospitality, restaurant, fitness, construction, or other fast-paced operating environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities for new fitness club openings, including equipment, supplies, fixtures, operational materials, and other club-opening requirements.
