GTI Energy is seeking a Procurement Coordinator in Goodyear, AZ to support purchasing operations, PO administration, supplier communications, and data management. The role suits a highly organized professional thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include transactional purchasing support, reporting, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience.
• Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Transactional Purchasing Support: Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements; Update supplier delivery dates and order notes accurately.
• Reporting & Visibility: Create PO, maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments; provide daily updates to buyers and leadership; support KPI reporting.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams; assist with vendor onboarding and compliance records; schedule supplier calls and meetings.
