Job summary

GTI Energy is seeking an Electrical Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations through purchase order administration, supplier communication, reporting, and procurement data management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, ERP proficiency, and cross-functional teamwork with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning to resolve issues. Competitive hourly compensation ranges from $25 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years coordination, purchasing support, or admin experience.
• Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Transactional purchasing support: Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements.
• Update supplier delivery dates and order notes accurately.
• Reporting & visibility: Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments.
• Provide daily updates to buyers, planners, and leadership teams.
• Support KPI reporting related to supplier delivery and purchasing execution.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with documentation for new vendors, onboarding, and compliance records.
• Assist with scheduling supplier calls and meetings.
