Responsibilities include PO generation, data upkeep, supplier follow-ups, and close collaboration with location managers and accounts payable to ensure timely payments and optimal stock levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Demonstrated purchasing or related field experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and generate purchase orders aligned with branch requirements.
• Maintain purchasing data in spreadsheets and system notifications.
• Track supplier acknowledgments and shipping schedules to prevent disruptions.
• Resolve aged open items with suppliers to improve fulfillment timelines.
• Collaborate with location managers and accounts payable to close PO near payment deadlines.
• Monitor product levels and allocations to prevent stock discrepancies.
• Utilize Excel and Office Suite to streamline purchasing operations and reporting.
• Provide strong teamwork and customer service to internal and external partners.
