Job summary

GTI Fabrication is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle purchase order administration, supplier communications, reporting, and procurement data management with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborating with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams, you will help resolve issues, update delivery dates, and maintain KPI visibility.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience.
• Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Transactional Purchasing Support: Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements.
• Reporting & Visibility: Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues.
