Job summary

You will serve as the primary procurement liaison for the Cherokee facility, coordinating purchasing and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to support safe, reliable manufacturing. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehouse teams; solicit supplier quotations; process Purchase Orders; track orders; and

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of procurement experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP procurement (JDE preferred).
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for site procurement requests.
• Coordinate purchasing with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehouse.
• Solicit supplier quotations and evaluate pricing and lead times.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders per requisitions.
• Track orders and communicate updates to plant personnel.
• Support supplier qualification and onboarding activities.
