Job summary

Singer Vehicle Design in Torrance, CA is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team and ensure precise, organized procurement support for our Porsche restoration projects. You will partner with commodity managers, manage documentation, and help build strong supplier relationships to support timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to learn quickly and prioritize to meet customer and company needs.
• Team oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems.
• Bonus points for an Associates or Bachelors Degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive administrative and commercial support across the procurement team.
• Coordinate procurement-related queries, documentation, registers and filing system.
• Work within the Procurement team, liaising with Commodity Managers as needed for commercial support and supplier engagement.
• Assist in the development of sound relationships with suppliers.
• Compile, publish and analyze reports as and when requested.
• Attend meetings and take minutes as and when required.
• Maintain and keep up to date data in systems and Excel.
• Support with the creation of department presentations for wider distribution, when required.

Location & Schedule:

This is an onsite role in Torrance, CA and the schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4pm or Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm.

The starting pay range for this position is between $25 - 30 per hour plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
