Job summary

FFF Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a materials management professional in Temecula, CA to support procurement, inventory control, and pricing activities.

You will collaborate with Product Management and Finance, maintain SAP-based systems, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory policies while maintaining high service levels for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Working knowledge of integrated computer systems and applications related to Materials Management and pricing is preferred.
  • Must have at least 1+ years in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Discuss and assist team with problem resolution and/or concerns.
  • Continuously strive to improve processes and service quality to internal and external customers.
  • Display dedication to the position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels and processes used in determining forecasted need; plan and procure factors, non-blood products, vaccines, ancillaries and packaging supplies according to need.
  • Direct contact relative to GIB along with all necessary requirements, testing and evaluation for current and future system enhancements (SAP).
  • Review and analyze lead times, dead stocks, days-on-hand, slow-moving products and make recommendations.
  • Maintain computer system tables, databases and purchasing transactions for acquisition of supplies.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to enhance competitiveness.
  • Maintain vendor documentation and update return policies.
  • Assist Product Management and Pricing and Contracts teams as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulatory laws.
  • Represent the Company professionally at all times.
  • Understand and support the Company’s purpose and values.
  • Share knowledge and learn to be more effective on the job.
  • Work constructively with others and communicate clearly.
  • Comply with Injury and Illness Prevention Program policies.

Essential Functions and Duties

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Required Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Knowledge:
  • A working knowledge of integrated computer systems and applications directly related to Materials Management and pricing is preferred.
Required Experience:
  • Must have at least one (1) + years in a related field.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in a company that distributed medical products is preferred.
  • Experience in finance, marketing, or materials management is desirable.

Physical requirements

Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting.

Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
