The Contract Manager is responsible for leading Columbia Sportswear's procurement contract management function, overseeing contract intake, review, and lifecycle management activities. This role manages a small team responsible for reviewing and maintaining procurement contracts, managing renewals and extensions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and risk management standards. This role is also responsible for executing complex contract review processes, managing renewals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and risk standards. The Contract Manager serves as a subject matter expert for contract governance, providing guidance to stakeholders, and partners closely with sourcing, category management, legal, and business stakeholders to enable efficient and accurate contract execution, mitigate risk, and support strategic sourcing objectives.
