Job summary

Golden State Water Company is seeking a Procurement Administrator to manage MSAs, SOWs, bids, vendor onboarding, and contract performance for capital and maintenance programs. You will collaborate with technical teams to develop SOWs and ensure procurement adherence to SOX and company policies.

The role requires strong contract management experience, vendor oversight, and ability to streamline procurement processes across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of procurement, contract management or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSAs, SOWs, and contract documentation in line with policy.
• Lead bid processes, bid evaluation, and vendor qualification activities.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, insurance, and license updates to reduce risk.
• Develop and maintain standardized SOWs for routine procurement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with capital and maintenance programs.
