Job summary

Nakupuna Solutions seeks a Contract Support Specialist to provide end-to-end procurement support within INL, advising program staff and preparing contract documents in compliance with FAR/DOSAR. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while safeguarding sensitive information.

A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of acquisition experience are required, with a Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a trusted business advisor to internal stakeholders.
• Strong oral communication skills to obtain information, present and defend recommendations.
• Strong written communication and routine procurement documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust workload as needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Webex, Teams and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs cradle-to-grave contracting activities in support of INL’s third-party contracts and related services.
• Advises program staff and trains on procurement requirements and compliant packages.
• Provides acquisition guidance to other members of the INL/SAO/IM Contracts Unit.
• Plans and executes training sessions for INL staff and domestic/overseas personnel.
• Maintains documentation and ensures compliance with DOS policies.
