Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking experienced procurement professionals to support large-scale new generation, construction, and equipment projects. This role focuses on high-value procurement, complex contract development and negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.

The position requires managing procurement activities across major construction and infrastructure initiatives, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring supplier performance aligns with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant procurement, contract management, or supply chain experience.
• Major project, construction, manufacturing, utility, or infrastructure experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of high-value goods, services, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and negotiate complex contracts, including pricing, terms, performance requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Lead sourcing events and negotiations with suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and contract compliance.
