Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of procurement or contract management experience.
• Experience coordinating with legal, procurement, budget, and finance offices.
• Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM) or Florida Certified Contract Negotiator (FCCN).

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, review, and preparation of procurement documents, including scopes of work, competitive solicitations, and supporting materials.
• Track procurement timelines, deliverables, and workflows to support program implementation needs.
• Support contract administration for program vendors, including tracking deliverables and compliance.
• Maintain organized documentation and files for all procurement and contract activities.
