Job summary

Royston LLC in Royston, GA is seeking a Non-Exempt Indirect Clerical Full-Time Purchasing Clerk to support the Purchasing Department with procurement of materials and services, maintain records, and assist with supplier relationships.

You will help ensure cost, quality, and delivery requirements are met while coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management practices (cycle counting, Kanban) preferred.
• Experience with ERP or purchasing management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and schedules accurately and timely.
• Support daily purchasing activities and communicate supply issues.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure policy compliance and cost efficiency.
• Prepare purchasing reports and monitor supplier performance.
