Covercraft Industries, LLC is seeking an energetic Buyer/Expediter to join our procurement team in Oklahoma. This role supports production by purchasing and expediting designated goods, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders up to $50k, coordinating supply availability, reconciling invoices, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years as a Junior Buyer or Expediter in a manufacturing environment.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Procurement, scheduling and expediting of designated goods and services.
• Issue purchase orders up to $50k and long-term commitments up to six months.
• Determine availability of supply for requested items.
• Contact vendors to improve delivery schedules.
• Reconcile accounts payable invoices with purchase orders and invoices.
• Distribute initial stages of DMR and work with vendors to correct quality issues.
• Support Planning & Inventory Manager and Senior Buyer.
