Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Procurement Digital Tools Intern in Westchester, IL, offering a hybrid work model. The role focuses on sustaining and expanding procurement automation tools while contributing to digital transformation, analytics, and process improvement across the Procurement CoE roadmap.

You will support maintenance, testing, and enhancements, collaborate with stakeholders, and help document requirements, processes, and user guidance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business, software engineering, supply chain, procurement, information systems, analytics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Power Automate, Python, HTML/JS, Power Apps.
• Interest in procurement, digital transformation, analytics, automation, and process improvement.
• Ability to organize information, analyze data, solve problems, and communicate findings clearly.
• Comfort working independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with a broader project team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, test, and improve procurement automation solutions.
• Expand digital tools and develop enhancements to improve procurement efficiency.
• Contribute to procurement CoE projects involving data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Document business requirements, workflows, testing results, and user guidance.
• Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to support solution adoption.
