Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience developing automation, analytics, apps, or digital solutions.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, and integration techniques.
Responsibilities
- Identify repetitive, manual activities to automate or simplify.
- Analyze procurement workflows to find gaps and automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions for procurement and supply chain processes.
- Automate workflows: PO management, supplier communications, RFQ processes, approvals, data collection, reporting, exceptions.
- Develop automated alerts and workflows for issues like overdue POs, late deliveries, price discrepancies, and other exceptions.
- Measure automation results: hours saved, cycle-time reduction, data accuracy, adoption, and productivity gains.
