Amgen seeks an Associate Finance professional to drive PO creation and management for R&D and projects using SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA. You will facilitate vendor inclusion, resolve PO issues, and input invoice data, ensuring accurate payments and terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus procurement operations experience.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and ERP systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and manage POs for R&D or projects in SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA.
• Facilitate vendor inclusion, resolve PO exceptions, and update payment terms.
• Process Ariba invoices and input SAP data from invoices.
