Wendy's Quality Supply Chain Cooperative, Inc. (QSCC) is seeking an Associate Manager – Procurement to support The Wendy's Company and QSCC Members.

In this highly visible role, you will lead key food categories, shaping sourcing strategies to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality products while driving cost optimization and risk mitigation. You will partner with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to influence business decisions that support Wendy's menu innovation and its Quality Is

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably in food.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Day-to-Day Category Management with supplier relationships.
• Develop structured sourcing strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Collaborate with Wendy's QA, Operations, and CSR teams on risk management.
• Provide monthly Cost of Goods/Budget updates to finance.
• Stay informed on market conditions and industry trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
