Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 0-3 years general business experience.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to see activities through to completion.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills for multi-faceted interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Computer literate with MS Office and applicable systems.

Responsibilities

• Run, distribute and manage Supplier Open Order Reports.
• Support management of parts shortages to satisfactory resolution.
• Reschedule purchase orders to meet changing customer needs.
• Process and coordinate replacement of non-conforming material.
• Source various parts and solicit quotes from suppliers for production needs.
• Generate metric reports as scheduled.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing and management for timely status updates.
• Purchase low complexity components.
• Perform data entry of all purchase orders.
• Send new purchase orders to suppliers.
• Assist with requisition reviews.
