L3Harris Technologies is seeking a new graduate for a procurement role in Huntsville, AL. You will assist in maintaining strategic alliances, issue information/proposal/quote requests, analyze responses, and place purchase orders to meet performance metrics.

You will help assess supplier capabilities, participate in risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company terms and policies while sustaining strong vendor communication and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in a related field or completed within the last 12 months.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier evaluation.
• Understanding of FAR/DFAR/ITAR rules and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Procure materials, equipment, supplies, services, and commodity products.
• Evaluate cost and analyze supplier bids to attain best overall value.
• Negotiate price, delivery and quality of products/services and determine supplier selections.
• Track Purchase Orders through reports and resolve issues with receiving and accounting.
• Manage supplier relationships through the acquisition process and assess supplier performance.
• Interpret import/export control regulations and ensure compliance with company terms and policies.
